What is Cash On Delivery ?
If you are not comfortable making an online payment on libralsurgicals.com, you can choose the option for Cash On Delivery (COD) payment method You can pay by cash only at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep, without requiring you to make any advance payment online.
The maximum order value for a Cash On Delivery (COD) payment is Rs 40,000. It is strictly a cash-only payment method. Foreign currency cannot be used to make a COD payment. Only Indian Rupees are accepted.
How do I place a Cash On Delivery (COD) order?
Add the item(s) to your cart and proceed to checkout. When prompted to choose a payment option, select "Cash On Delivery".
Once verified and confirmed, your order will be processed for shipment. You will be required to make a cash-only payment to our courier partner at the time of delivery of the goods to complete the order.
Cash On Delivery (COD) Charges ?
Cash On Delivery (COD) is available Only in India, following are the charges :
- Order upto Rs 1,000 - Service Charge Rs 55
- Order Rs 1,001 to Rs 2,000 - Service Charge Rs 70 &
- Order Rs 2,001 to Rs 5,000 - Service Charge Rs 95 &
- Order Rs 5,001 to Rs 10,000 - Service Charge Rs 120
- Order Rs 10,001 to Rs 20,000 - Service Charge Rs 160
- Order Rs 20,001 to Rs 40,000 - Service Charge Rs 275
- Order above Rs 40,001 - Service Charge Rs 400
Why is COD option not available for my location?
For COD option, the product is couriered to your address. Our reach in terms of COD option is limited by the reach of courier companies. Once you enter your pin code while ordering we will tell you if COD is available at your location.
If your location is not supported by the COD service, please choose another payment option.
Can I offer cheque for the payment in place of Cash ?
No. COD Payments have to be made in Cash only.
What do I do if no one is going to be home when the courier company delivers the product ?
Most courier companies will call you before coming over to deliver the item.
Can I open the package before paying the money ?
No, Courier Persons are not allowed to have any open packets with them - even if you are going to accept the delivery afterwards. Hence, you must pay them Cash to enable them to handover the package to you. This is unfortunately, a policy of the courier companies and is non-negotiable.

- It is important that your address and landmark are very clear. This will help us locate you easily and complete the process faster.
- Please be available at the designated address with the complete Cash as payment for the items purchased.
Can I track my Cash on Delivery shipment Online ?
Yes, we only ship your products through couriers where your shipment can be tracked online. Once your order is shipped you will be sent an email with the web link to track your shipment Online.
Note :- There may be some items which can not be sent on COD basis due to operational reasons.
How long will it take for the order to be delivered after placing the order?
Your order will be delivered to you in between 1 to 7 working days.
